FLBI Graduation Ceremony
Will you have 15 or 30 courses completed by May 1st, 2024 (excluding the Spring Trimester on-site courses)? If so, submit a Graduation 2024 application to start the planning process of the 2024 June graduation celebration for 1st and 2nd year graduates.
Graduation applications must be submitted by February 1st, 2024, for students to participate in the ceremony or received graduation credentials for the 2023-2024 school year. Please click here to provide your application.
Once received, our staff can begin the verification process. FLBI staff will then notify you to proceed with making your graduation fee payment by March 1st, 2024.

A completed application must be received by February 1st. Full payment of graduation fee, and all outstanding tuition fees are due by March 1, 2024.
Note: graduation fees are non-refundable.
Graduation Requirements
- 1st Year Graduation – Successful completion of 15 different courses
- 2nd Year Graduation – Successful completion of 30 different courses
Note: Successful completion means the student has fulfilled the course attendance requirements and completed the course with a final grade of at least a 70 (“D”)/a minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) of 2.0. Successfully completing all ONLINE courses for graduation must be done by May 1st.
